Communicating the core of a non-profit in a personal way.
The challenge was to communicate information on a personal level.
I wanted to create a video to communicate Young Life to parents and the community. I started thinking over the 5 C’s that sum up the non-profit. I wanted to keep it personalized to Newburgh. I came up with concept to follow an individual around in each setting.
I shot the video over multiple nights. I also wrote the script and recorded the voice overs for each individual.
I shot a portrait of each individual on a pocket dolly to create a sense of “closeness” to each individual.
